Prices and VAT

All prices are gross prices (including 19% VAT) in Euro. Swiss and non-EU citizens can buy from us VAT-free! During the checkout process, the price without VAT (minus 19%) will be calculated for your order!

Packaging and shipping costs

The amount of shipping and handling charges will be displayed during the checkout process. Should there be any discrepancies, we can calculate these costs individually or you can arrange for the goods to be collected from us.

Order confirmation, payment, invoice

We will send you an order confirmation by email after you have completed your order. As soon as your payment has been received on our account, we will dispatch the goods and you will receive the invoice for your order. To speed up the process, you can send us a copy of your bank transfer by e-mail. You will find our current bank details on the order confirmation!
